Good morning, Lord

Genesis 1:27

So God created man in his own image,

in the image of God he created him;

male and female he created them.

Genesis 2:22-24

Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.

 The man said,

“This is now bone of my bones

and flesh of my flesh;

she shall be called ‘woman, ’

for she was taken out of man.”

 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.

Galatians 3:28

There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Good morning, Lord, You are so amazing! You made two different people from one, both individuals, but Your ideal is for this duality to become a unity, on a microscopic scale, all over the world, as men and women unite in marriage, which is pointing to a larger unity, Your church, Your bride, and the blurring and disappearance of all the things that separate and divide is in fear and prejudice. May we move closer today to the finish line, and bring others along who need to hear of Your great love, may Your love bubble up and flow out of our lives, for others to see and for Your honor and glory, amen.
