Good morning, Lord

Psalm 33:8 Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the people of the world revere him.

Good morning, Lord, oh what a glorious day it would be if all our eyes were opened and we all understood who you are and how awesome and mighty you are, we pray for a day when all the earth will fear you and all the world will revere you, please help us do our part to hasten that day. Please forgive us for our lack of fear and reverence, help us see you high and lifted up, in your glorious splendor.

We pray for the unreached people of the day, the Kazak, Qinghai of China, surrounded by Bhuddists, but refusing to embrace their religion, the Qinghai are essentially animists who claim Muslim faith. A small people group (3,400), they are incredibly blessed with a Bible in their own Kazakh language (which was just completed last year). Lord, we pray your word in the Kazakh language would be available far and wide, we pray your word would saturate the hearts and lives of the Qinghai.

Lord, we pray for the persecuted church in Kyrgyzstan, (which “…is culturally Muslim, but the general population’s understanding of Islam is low. Northerners are influenced by Russian culture, while Southerners are more traditionally Kyrgyz. The constitution guarantees religious freedom; however, the conversion of a Kyrgyz is seen as a betrayal of both ethnic identity and family.”) We pray for the millions of people in this land who have never heard of you, please help them know the truth that will set them free. We pray they would understand the wisdom, the beauty, and the necessity of following Christ, no matter what the cost.

We pray for Sunset Bible Camp, we pray this facility would be available for many, many years to come, we know many important decisions are made by young people every year in this place, we pray for good stewardship among all who take care of and utilize this facility.
