Good morning, Lord

II Corinthians 5:1 Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands. 2 Meanwhile we groan, longing to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling, 3 because when we are clothed, we will not be found naked. 4 For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life.

Good morning, Lord, thank You that the body we live in now is so temporary, please help us aim beyond this life, we look forward to being in Your presence forever with all the saints who have gone before us and all who will come behind. Please help us share this glorious future with those who have no hope, who don’t know You and Your goodness and mercy.

Lord, we pray for the persecuted church in Kazakhstan, where the “religion law includes strict registration procedures for churches and stiff penalties for breaking the laws.” Lord, thank You that You are greater than the rules created by men to try to chain Your Gospel, we know it cannot be chained, we pray the people of Kazakhstan, both the lost and those who call on Your name. We pray they would be liberated by Your mighty power, please go before them like an army with a mighty banner, please help the persecuted church bear fruit for eternal glory and win many among the lost Kazakh’s.

We pray for the unreached people of the day, the Yemeni Jews of Israel, “the immigration of the majority of Jews into Yemen appears to have taken place about the beginning of the second century AD. With the advent of Islam in the 7th century, the political status of Jews underwent a radical change for the worse. The Jews lived under difficult conditions in Yemen for many centuries, and many have now returned to Israel.” Lord, these people have been in existence for a very long time and yet are still deprived of Your Word in their language, we pray for workers to create a Bible for them so they can read Your Word and know the truth that will set them free. We pray for the other ways You might reach them, through radio, through dreams, through any and all means You desire, we pray the veil would be lifted, their eyes opened, and they would see the Holy One of Israel, Jesus the Messiah.

We pray for Crosser’s, thank You for this clan, please help Matt and Angie support their fellow Team Expansion partners around the world, give them creativity to produce materials that will help the missionaries meet the people where they are.

Lord, we pray for the Love Cost All simulcast this week, please prepare our hearts, please help us be ready for this event, please help us help the persecuted church as we should.
