Good morning, Lord, even though our English language struggles with the word meekness, thank you that we have an excellent example of meekness in Jesus. You have given us powerful abilities to choose, we may quench your Holy Spirit or we may choose to be fruitful: loving joyful, faithful, kind, good, gentle, self-controlled (Galatians 5:22-23). We have the power to impact many lives and eternities, not only our own but many lives and eternities all around us. Please help us find how meek You want us to be, how you want us to act in Your strength, under Your control, for Your honor and glory, for Your kingdom sake, we pray in Jesus name, amen.
