For God said, ‘Honor your father and mother’ and ‘Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death. ’

Good morning, Lord, please help us honor our father and mother, in proper and healthy ways, for Your honor, and our deliverance from evil. May our parents (or their memory) prosper, please help us honor them with our thoughts and words and actions. Please help us accept their humanity and limits and fallen nature as easily as we accept our own, in Jesus' name we pray, amen.
