50 Commandments of Jesus
42. Remember Christ’s sacrifice in communion—Matthew 26:26–27
26 While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.”
27 Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. 28 This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
Good morning, Lord, thank You for giving us Your best, the blood of Your Son for our sins, Your Holy Spirit for guiding and leading and comforting, please cause us to give You our best in return, You are worth nothing less than our utmost, forgive us for minimizing You, please help us decrease so You can increase, we pray in Jesus' name, amen.
