Psalm 37:1 Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of those who do wrong; 2 for like the grass they will soon wither, like green plants they will soon die away. 3 Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. 4 Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart. 5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this: 6 He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun. 7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes. 8 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret--it leads only to evil.
Good morning, Lord, please help us commit our ways to you and you alone, please help us take up our cross daily and follow, please forgive us for sitting on the sidelines when there are so many lives to be touched, so many hurting people to be cared for, please equip us to do the good you have called us to do.
Lord, we pray for the persecuted church in Tibet, we pray for the secret believers who fellowship at great risk in this land, we pray for the tiny fraction of Tibetans who know you, the only true God, we pray they would be able to spread the good news, that they would be equipped to win disciples and share your love with the lost in their midst.
We pray for the unreached people of the day, the Rabari, Hindu of India, 981,000 unreached people who worship Hindu deities, who have access to the Bible in their native language, who dwell in western India, among whom child marriages are practiced. Lord, we pray for the Rabari, we pray their eyes would be opened, we pray their hearts would be stirred, we pray your word in their language would go forth in mass quantities and that many lives would be shaken up by the gospel.
