Sin releases shame

Sin precedes death

Sin requires sacrifice

Ezekiel 18:20

The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him.

Romans 3:22-24

This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Romans 6:23

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Good morning, Lord, thank You for these challenging truths, we are so prone to sin, thank You for doing for us what couldn't be done in our own power, for being willing to die for our sins, please help us tell others about these wonderful truths, we pray in Jesus name, amen.
